I bought this car new on September 10, 1976 for $4,450.00. The sticker prices was $5047.00. I drove it exclusively for 10 years before it was seriously crashed for the 3rd time, at which point I decided to buy a new car. :) After that I drove it off and on until 1991 and it has basically been sitting since then - almost 25 years. Most of that was garaged, but I did spend 6 years in southern Georgia where the car sat out fully exposed to the hot Georgia sun. Before I knew it (because I wasn't paying attention) it started to rust and deteriorate. It is not too bad that it can't be fixed, but I kick myself for not AT LEAST keeping it covered. Anyway, I have begun the restoration process and will document it here.
